The Mainstreet project, completed prior to the formation of Easy Shell Construction, highlights the extensive experience and innovative approach of our leadership team. In this project, our President led both the architectural design and mechanical systems, delivering a solution that prioritized efficiency and long-term functionality.

A defining feature of the project is its unique utility design, where an opening was created through the truss system to house all heating and cooling components above the living spaces. By eliminating mechanical systems within individual rooms, the design allows for maintenance to be performed entirely out of sight of residents, improving both aesthetics and overall user experience.

This project reflects a forward-thinking approach to building design, combining architectural vision with practical mechanical innovation.
