Celebration Village

The Celebration Village projects, completed prior to the formation of Easy Shell Construction, showcase the depth of experience and technical capability of our leadership team. Each site spans approximately 220,000 square feet and is designed as an age-in-place senior living community, prioritizing comfort, accessibility, and long-term functionality for residents. 

For these developments, our President led the design, manufacturing, and installation of the HVAC systems, delivering a comprehensive mechanical solution tailored to the needs of large-scale residential care environments.

The systems were manufactured in Indiana and installed on-site in Georgia, reflecting a coordinated, multi-state approach to production and construction. This project demonstrates a high level of expertise in both mechanical design and large-scale project execution.
